These delivery terms are valid from 1.4.2021. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check this. prices from the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include 24% Finnish tax, which appears in the shopping cart and order confirmation. Outside the EU, products are sold without VAT.

Shipping costs

The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (eg weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. Ordering and contract

You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed, is, except as set forth below in respect of the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between us with these Terms of Delivery.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to the EU are 14 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific times will be announced in connection with the product options.

Right of cancellation and return policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, in the case of regular delivery, receiving the first batch of goods.

Notice of cancellation must be made clearly to our email below or by written notice you provide with the returned goods.

The right of cancellation only applies and the products returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return.

If the transaction is cancelled, the goods are not picked up or received, or for other similar reasons beyond our control, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been given to our Return Address below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example with a return receipt. The returner pays all incurred costs. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information and account number for a refund.

Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Transmission check, error and problem situations

Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.

Custom Steelworks Raitalinna, y-tunnus: 2952687-4, osoite: Jokelantie 226, 04380 Tuusula; myy tuotteita yrityksille ja täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille EU-alueelle sekä EU-alueen ulkopuolelle. Nämä toimitusehdot soveltuvat tuotteiden tilaamiseen verkkokaupassamme sekä vastaaviin toimituksiin.

Nämä toimitusehtomme ovat voimassa 1.4.2021 alkaen. Voimme muuttaa toimitusehtoja yksipuolisesti aika ajoin, joten tutustuthan toimitusehtoihimme joka kerta etukäteen kun tilaat tuotteita verkkokaupastamme.

Tuotteet ja tuotehinnat

Verkkokaupan tuotteiden ominaisuudet ja hinnat on esitetty kunkin tuotteen tuote-esittelyn yhteydessä. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin, joten tarkastathan ko. hinnat ostoskorista ennen kuin hyväksyt tilauksen. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät suomen veron 24%, joka ilmenee ostoskorissa ja tilausvahvistuksessa. EU-alueen ulkopuolelle tuotteet myydään ilman ALV.

Toimituskulut

Tilauksesta mahdollisesti veloitettavat toimituskulut riippuvat itse tuotteesta (esim. paino, pakkaus) ja valitusta toimitustavasta ja ne lisätään automaattisesti tilauksen loppusummaan. Tilaus lähetetään sähköpostiinne ja saat sähköpostilla tarjouksen tuotteista sekä rahdista.

Tilaaminen ja sopimus

Voit tilata tuotteita verkkokauppamme kotisivuilla siirtämällä niitä ostoskoriin ja vahvistamalla tilauksen ja maksamalla ostoskorin sisällön maksupalvelussa. Tilatessasi verkkokaupastamme sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihimme. Ymmärrät, että hyväksymäsi ja vahvistamamme tilauksesi on, paitsi siltä osin mitä myöhemmin mainitaan peruttamisoikeudesta, sitova ja synnyttää näiden toimitusehtojen kanssa sopimuksen välillemme.

Peruutusoikeus ja palautusehdot

Jos olet kuluttaja sinulla on Suomen kuluttajansuojalain mukainen oikeus peruuttaa tilaus ilmoittamalla tästä meille viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua tavaran tai viimeisen tavaraerän vastaanottamisesta taikka, jos kyse on tavaroiden säännöllisestä toimittamisesta, ensimmäisen tavaraerän vastaanottamisesta.

Peruuttamisilmoitus tulee tehdä selkeästi alla olevaan sähköpostiimme tai palautettavan tavaran mukana toimittamallasi kirjallisella ilmoituksella.

Peruutusoikeus koskee vain ja vastaavasti palautettavien tuotteiden on oltava alkuperäispakkauksessa, käyttämättömiä ja hyvin takaisinlähetystä varten pakattuja.

Jos kauppa perutaan, tavaraa ei vastaanoteta, tai jostain muusta verrattavasta tilanteesta, meistä riippumattomista syistä, niin tavara on palautettava viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisestä alla mainittuun Palautusosoitteeseemme. Palauttajan on tarvittaessa näytettävä toteen, että tavara on palautettu määräajassa, esimerkiksi palautuskuitilla. Palauttajan on maksettava kaikki aiheutuneet kustannukset. Näitä kustannuksia ei makseta takaisin palauttajalle.

Palauttaessasi toimitetun tilauksen, liitä siihen mukaan nimesi ja yhteystietosi sekä tilinumerosi rahojen palautusta varten.

Palautamme vastaavasti tilauksesta maksamasi rahat viivytyksettä kuluttajasuojalain mukaisesti.

Lähetyksen tarkistus, virhe ja ongelmatilanteet

Tarkistathan toimituksen heti sen saatuasi. Jos tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi tai on virheellinen, ilmoitathan siitä mahdollisimman pian ja viimeistään14 päivän kuluessa Asiakaspalveluumme, niin sovimme miten saamme virheen korjattua. Kuluttajakaupassa noudatamme virheitten osalta pakottavia kuluttajasuojalain virhevastuusäännöksiä.

Erimielisyydet

Pyrimme sopimaan tilaustasi koskevat mahdolliset erimielisyydet ensisijaisesti sopimalla, joten otathan ensisijassa yhteyttä Asiakaspalveluumme sopiaksemme asian.

Jos kauppasopimusta koskevaa erimielisyyttä ei saada ratkaistuksi osapuolten välisillä neuvotteluilla, kuluttaja voi saattaa asian kuluttajariitalautakunnan (www.kuluttajariita.fi) ratkaistavaksi.
